When will my order be confirmed?
Your order will be confirmed once the payment and order details have been verified, typically within 12 hours. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and next steps.
How can I track the status of my order?
You will receive all tracking details via email once the order is shipped. You can also visit our Track Order page to check your order status anytime using your order ID and email address.
Is it possible to request a cancellation?
If you need to cancel your pencil sketch order, please contact our customer support promptly. We will assess your request and check the order status. Please be aware that once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be feasible, but we will make every effort to assist you. Contact us at support@sketchyorlov.in for assistance.
How long does it take to receive my ordered pencil sketch?
The delivery time for your pencil sketch order depends on factors like your location and sketch complexity. We usually process and ship orders within 3-4 business days. Delivery times vary from a few days to a couple of weeks based on your chosen shipping method and location. You'll receive a tracking number upon shipment for monitoring.
How do I pay for my order?
To pay for your order, you can use the "Pay with UPI" button, which will redirect you to any UPI-enabled app for payment processing. Alternatively, you can click on "Show QR code" to display a QR code that can be scanned using any UPI app for payment. Please ensure you upload the payment receipt on the order form for confirmation.
Is an advance payment required?
Yes, we require a 50% advance payment to begin work on your custom sketch. The remaining 50% is due before shipment. This advance helps us reserve your slot and begin the creative process. Once we receive your advance payment and approval of the initial sketch, we'll proceed with the detailed artwork.
What is your revision policy?
We include 2 rounds of revisions to ensure you're completely satisfied with your artwork. These revisions can include adjustments to facial features, composition, shading, and other elements. Additional revisions beyond 2 rounds may incur an extra fee.
Can I request specific modifications to my custom order?
Absolutely! Custom orders are all about bringing your vision to life. You can request specific styles, compositions, sizes, and any special elements you'd like included. During the consultation phase, we'll discuss all your requirements in detail. We include 2 rounds of revisions to fine-tune the artwork based on your feedback.
Can I get my order completed faster?
Yes! We offer expedited options for rush orders:
  • Expedited (1-2 weeks): +₹500
  • Rush (3-5 days): +₹1,000
Please note that rush orders are subject to availability and complexity. Contact us to check availability for your specific project.
Do I need to provide reference images?
Reference images are highly recommended as they help us understand your vision better and ensure the final artwork matches your expectations. You can provide multiple photos from different angles, especially for portraits. Clear, well-lit images work best for creating accurate sketches.

Returns & Policy

NO RETURNS ACCEPTED
Since each piece is uniquely created based on your specifications, custom sketches cannot be returned or exchanged.
